Faculty Standards

Following are the general DMACC requirements for postsecondary level positions:

  Arts & Science Instructors - Master's degree in the discipline or any master's degree and 12 graduate semester hours in the discipline

  Vocational Instructors - Three years of related nonteaching work experience

  Counselors - Master's degree in Counseling or college student personnel work with an emphasis in counseling

  Librarians - Master's degree in Library Science
