Below are instructions
for forwarding your e-mail to another account using Outlook Web Access when you
are NOT on campus.
NOTE: These instructions
apply to Microsoft Office2003 Outlook
Web Access using Internet Explorer 6. These instructions may not work if your
browser is NOT Internet Explorer.
1.
Navigate to DMACC’s home page
2.
Click
link under “Quick Links”
3.
Click OK at security

4.
You may be required to enter your DMACC User name and Password

NOTE: If you are unsure of what your User name and
Password is, click here https://secure.dmacc.edu/getuser/getuser.aspx
to obtain your User Name. Your initial
password will be the last 4 digits of
your DMACC assigned ID. If you have
changed your DMACC user name password, it will be that current password.
4. Enter your User Name and Password, then click OK
5.
Click
button in Navigation Pane
6.
Click
button in toolbar
7.
Type name for the rule
(note it says it’s optional, but highly recommended) i.e. ![]()
8.
Click
button at the bottom of the window
9.
Type in desired e-mail
address where e-mail will be forwarded, i.e. ![]()
10.
De-select the button ![]()
11.
Click ![]()
Delete rule:
1.
Navigate to DMACC’s home page
2.
Click
link under “Quick Links”
3.
Click OK at security

4.
Enter your User Name and
Password, then click OK
5.
Click
button in Navigation Pane
6.
Highlight desired rule under “Rule name” list
7.
Click
in toolbar
8.
Click ![]()
Edit rule:
1.
Navigate to DMACC’s home page
2.
Click
link under “Quick Links”
3.
Click OK at security

4.
Enter your User Name and
Password, then click OK

Click
button in Navigation Pane
6.
Highlight desired rule under “Rule name” list

make desired changes and click ![]()
