DMACC Student Handbook: Graduation
Degree Audit
The Degree Audit compares the courses found in your DMACC academic record to the list of courses required to graduate from your program of study.
The Degree Audit is patterned to match the degree program requirements as found in the college catalog and the Program Information Brief (PIB) which is located at http://www.dmacc.edu/programs.asp. The Degree Audit shows your specific program, degree, which catalog year was applied to the program, the total credits you have earned and/or are currently taking, your current program grade point average (GPA), the courses and credits that apply to each area of your program (communications, humanities, math and science, etc), and any courses you have taken that are not used to meet program requirements.
Students are encouraged to request a Degree Audit at least one semester prior to their planned graduation date to assist with planning their final semester.
The credentials/graduation office mails Degree Audit request forms to students in the fall term. To request a degree audit at any time, complete the Degree Audit Request Form and mail, fax or email the form to credentials. If you are a Liberal Arts AA/AS or AGS student you can view your degree audit online at https://web4.dmacc.edu/PROD/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin.
