ALL FINANCIAL AID CREDITED TO A STUDENT'S BILL WILL BE DISBURSED OT THE STDUENT NO SOONER THAN THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM HIGHER ONE TO YOURDMACC EMAIL ACCOUNT ONCE YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN DISBURSED TO YOU FROM HIGHER ONE.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE STATUS OF YOUR AID, please go to Web Information System using the instructions below.

View Your DMACC Financial Aid:

  1. Go to the DMACC website at http://www.dmacc.edu.
  2. Select "Login" (lower right hand corner).
  3. Select Web Info System (first far left column of table).
  4. A security alert may display within the gray box. Click "OK" to continue.
  5. Enter your DMACC ID number & PIN (Your PIN must be exactly 6 characters). For DMACC ID and PIN assistance, dial 1-800-362-2127 ext 7300.
  6. Select Student Services and Financial Aid.
  7. Select Financial Aid.
  8. Select My Award Information.
  9. View account summary; Review awards by aid year; Accept award offers by aid year; Review award history; Display award payment schedule; View history of loan applications.
