Scholarships

Applying for scholarships and grants has never been easier. However, you still must apply and meet the criteria deadline before you can be eligible for an award. The Generic Scholarship Application form is on our website at www.dmacc.edu/foundation or call 515-964-6278 or 800-362-2127, ext. 6278, and ask for an application. Program-specific forms are available from Program Chairs. Most scholarships require a minimum grade-point average of 2.0, and applicants must be enrolled for at least six credits. The Financial Aid Office has special application forms for several named scholarship funds. For most Foundation scholarships, the deadline is April 1. Free Internet searches will help you search for specialty scholarships particular to your talent, background, ethnicity and other characteristics at FASTWEB-http://www.fastweb.com.
