The reVIEW© training course introduces the participants to the principles of the Toyota Production System (TPS) and the use of Value Stream Mapping and the A3 Problem Solving Tool. By applying these principles in Healthcare the participants will look at work differently and identify potential savings of time, resources and elimination of errors.

Cindy Jimmerson, President –Lean Healthcare West received funding from the National Science Foundation to study the application of principles of the Toyota Production System to healthcare. The grant activities were focused on applying these manufacturing concepts to direct patient care areas, pharmacy, finance and all support services of hospital functions. The reVIEW© program is the outcome of Ms. Jimmerson’s extensive research and implementation experience with a number of healthcare organizations. Visit the Lean Healthcare West website.
