Short course on electrical safety in the office and at home. Practical things to be aware of and things not to do. Lightning safety added if needed. |

Includes basic electrical safety in commercial and industrial applications. Expands to cover proper procedures for testing and working near "Energized" circuits. The latest OSHA requirements for PPE and NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety for Employee Workplaces), and NESC (National Electrical Safety Code) are also included. Lockout-tagout can be added if needed. High Voltage training (above 600 volts) can
be added if needed. |
OSHA Electrical Safety
Supervisors: 4-16 hours
Includes basic electrical safety in commercial and industrial applications. Expands to include all OSHA supervisory requirements including PPE. NOTE: This course is part of a training program to "qualify" a person to work on or near "energized" electrical equipment as per NEC and OSHA requirements. |
