School Food Service
The 30-hour School Food Service certification course is designed for school food service personnel to provide a better understanding of sanitation and safety procedures while working in all areas of the kitchen, food production and nutrition. You will receive information needed to function more effectively in your job, or to update your skills for employment advancement. Although individuals are encouraged to complete the entire 30 hours, the 3 courses that make up the certification may be taken individually.
