Real Estate
This 60-hour pre-license class fulfills the state education requirement for the real estate sales agent license application. It consists of five 12-hour modules and must be completed in its entirety to be eligible to take the state exam. The 60-hour class is available several times throughout the year in an evening or intensive weekend format.

Realtors are required to complete a set number of continuing education classes to maintain their license; classes change each semester. Please check the course schedule for current course listings.
