REAL976 Buying practices 12 This course will familiarize the students with buying practices such as qualifying buyers, financing, working with buyers, writing offers and responsibilities and services during closings. This course goes toward 2009 prelicense requirements as well as first-time renewal for agents who were granted licensure in 2007 & 2008. All other real estate agents can use this course as an elective toward license renewal. Class meets Friday 6-10 pm; Sat 8a-5p. Students should bring pencil/pen, standard calculator and highlighter. Books and materials included in course fee.
