REAL521 Ethics/Develop Professionalism 12 Are real estate agents really unethical? What are the ethical problems facing real estate practitioners today? Can ethics be taught? These are some of the questions addressed in the 12-hour program, "Developing Professionalism and Ethical Practices." This course goes toward 2009 prelicense requirements as well as first-time renewal for agents who were granted licensure in 2007 & 2008. All other real estate agents can use this course as 12 hours elective toward license renewal or 4 hours mandatory Ethics and 8 hours of elective. Class meets Friday 6-10 pm; Sat 8a-5p. Students should bring pencil/pen, standard calculator and highlighter. Books and materials included in course fee.
