PROF967 Team Building & EI/EQ Workshop 7 As organizations continue to change, individuals must step up to the challenge by not only adapting to all of the changing conditions, but also taking on more responsibilities as team members. This workshop takes team members to the next level by using EQ assessments, experiential hands-on activities and supporting exercises. This will help team members gain a clearer sense of emotional intelligence and qualities, therefore bolstering both interpersonal and inter-team relationships.
