BSMN506 Project Management-The Basics 36 This course will provide the knowledge and tools necessary to manage small to medium sized projects. There will be opportunity for mentoring and honing soft skills through the use of simulations. Student teams will follow a simulated project from initiation through closing, creating the actual project management deliverables while participating in mock project meetings. Random elements of risk, issues and change will be introduced with active participation in managing and communicating the elements of projects that often occur in the "real world". No class March 15 & 17, 2009
