BSAD577 Agile Immersion 16 This course is an intensive experience for project managers, team members (i.e. developers, QA, Testing, Business Analysts), and functional managers or sponsors. It includes agile terminology and general practice overviews, allowing students to gain first-hand experience participating in a variety of agile activities including release planning, story workshops, personal identification, scrum roles/responsibilities/ practices, pointing & estimating stories, monitoring velocity throughout the agile life cycle & agile communication techniques.
