Certification Examination
To become a certified groundwater professional in Iowa, you must attend a 2-day training and pass a certification examination. If you are a registered professional engineer and have submitted sufficient proof of qualifications in geotechnical, hydrological, environmental, groundwater, or hydrological engineering, you may be exempt.
