Career Advantage

Start college early through DMACC Career Advantage

DMACC Career Advantage is a NACEP Accredited program that offers high school students the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school. Our program meets rigorous academic standards set by the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP). DMACC and area high schools have formed a partnership to offer high school students the opportunity to earn college credits. Thousands of high school students take advantage of these program offerings each year. College credits give them a jump start on their academic and career goals, while saving money on college courses. High school students can enroll and complete Career Advantage classes either at their home high school, at DMACC or online.  In addition, our program serves the needs of our students and high school partners by focusing on the following areas:

  • Eligibility: Students must meet required proficiency measures before enrollment.

  • Quality Instruction: All instructors meet DMACC credentialing requirements and engage in ongoing professional development.

  • Support: Dedicated program coordinators are available to assist students throughout their academic journey.
