Micah Fatka of Gilbert High School Signs letter of Intent to Play for DMACC
Micah FatkaGilbert High School senior Micah Fatka (center) signs a national letter of intent to play basketball at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). Others taking part in the signing ceremony include Gilbert Women’s Basketball Coach Mike Kruse (left) and DMACC Women’s Head Basketball Coach Steve Krafcisin.
Fatka averaged 7.7 points and three rebounds per game for the Gilbert Tigers. She was named to the Heart of Iowa Conference Honorable Mention Team. Fatka is the 12th all-time five player scoring leader in Gilbert High School history.
