DMACC Volleyball Players receive Post-Season Honors

DMACC Volleyball players Bobbie Jo Bayer of Eddyville and Justine Young of Parkersburg, have been named to the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) Volleyball All-Region XI-B First Team. Both were named to the All-Region First Team last year as well.
Bayer and Young were also named to the 2009 B Regional All-Tournament Team and to the All-Conference First Team. Bayer was named to the 2009 Region XI B Cross Divisional All-Tournament Team. Bayer was named a First-Team All-American last year. The 2009 All-American team will be announced within the next two weeks.
In addition, DMACC player Darcy Christensen of Treynor has been named to the All-Region Second Team. Christensen was also named to the All-Conference Second Team.
