Salisbury to Play Volleyball at DMACC

Salisbury was an All-Conference selection during her junior and senior seasons. She was also named to the Academic All-Conference Team during each of her four years in high school. She was named the Most Valuable Player on her high school volleyball team this past year. Salisbury is a three-year varsity letter winner.

Salisbury has traveled to Omaha, Denver, Orlando and Minneapolis numerous times to play in tournaments and will be going to Rome, Italy in April to finish off her four year volleyball career at Northern Lights.

“Taylor has played the libero position for years,” said DMACC Head Volleyball Coach Patty Harrison. “She knows how to make the digs to keep the ball alive and she is not afraid dive onto the court to help the team. We’re really looking forward to her defensive skills benefitting the DMACC volleyball program starting this coming fall semester.”

Salisbury joins the Bears, who have advanced to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II National Volleyball Tournament four of the last five years. The Bears had a 26-15 overall record in 2010.
