McCune to Play Volleyball at DMACC

McCune was a Heart of Iowa All-Conference Honorable Mention selection as a sophomore. She was a unanimous Heart of Iowa All-Conference First-Team selection, named to the All-District Team and was a First Team Dallas County selection as a junior. As a senior, McCune received even more accolades. She was unanimously named to the West Central Valley All-Conference First Team, an All-District selection, a Third-Team All-State selection and was named by the Des Moines Register as a First Team All-State recipient.

McCune is the daughter of Jody and Norman McCune.

She joins the Bears, who have advanced to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II National Volleyball Tournament for the past four consecutive years. The Bears finished fifth in the national tournament and had a 44-9 overall record in 2009.
