Natalie Weis from Bettendorf High School Signs National Letter of Intent to Play for DMACC

Weis, a 5’ 11” setter/RS hitter, was a two-time varsity letter winner at Bettendorf. During her four years of playing high school volleyball, her teams were Mississippi Athletic Conference (MAC) Conference champions each year. As a junior, Weis’ team was a state regional champion and played at the 4A state volleyball tournament.

Weis is an honor student with an accumulated 3.7 grade point average. She was also a three-year academic letter winner.

Weis join the Bears, who have advanced to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II National Volleyball Tournament for the past three consecutive years. The Bears finished eighth in the national tournament and had a 41-9 overall record in 2008.
