ISU/DMACC Admissions Partnership Program
Are you considering transferring to Iowa State University? If so, let's partner for a smooth transfer.
DMACC and ISU offer you the Admissions Partnership Program (APP)
Eligibility Requirements:
♦ Students must be accepted and enrolled at DMACC in a program leading to transfer to ISU.
♦ Students who have attempted community college course work must have a cumulative GPA of 2.00 at the participating community college.
♦ Current or former Iowa State University students, including students enrolled in off-campus programs or the Intensive English Program, are not eligible.
♦ Students who have taken courses at Iowa State prior to high school graduation, or during the summer immediately following graduation from high school, are eligible for the Admissions Partnership Program.
♦ Majors within the College of Design, including architecture, graphic design, integrated studio arts, interior design, and landscape architecture, are not eligible for the partnership program. Students interested in these majors are encouraged to contact the Iowa State University Office of Admissions.
Checklist:
Complete application and include a valid e-mail address. (E-mail will be the primary means of communication between you and your Iowa State University academic advisor.)
Request that an official copy of your transcript be sent to the Iowa State University from each college you have attended, including your current institution. Transcripts should be sent to Iowa State University, Office of Admissions, Alumni Hall, Ames, IA 50011-2011.
