In addition, she was a unanimous selection to the Tri-Rivers All-Conference First Team. She received the same First Team All-Conference recognition in 2007.

“Sarah is a versatile athlete who had demonstrated her talents in many disciplines,” said DMACC Head Volleyball Coach Patty Harrison. “She is a winner who seems to come through with the clutch block or needed kill in big games. She is also a team player who helps everyone on the squad perform at a higher level, and we’re counting on her to do the same for the DMACC Bears next season.”

Davidson joins the Bears, who have advanced to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II National Volleyball Tournament for the past three consecutive years. The Bears finished eighth in the national tournament and had a 41-9 overall record in 2008.
