Melissa Koster from East Sac High School Signs National Letter of Intent to Play for DMACC
Melissa
Koster from East Sac High School signs a National Letter of intent to play

Koster earned a starting position on the team as a middle blocker in her sophomore year and earned 1st Team All-Conference status ever since – her Senior year as a Unanimous decision.
She also made the All-District team, beginning with her sophomore year and was on the All-Academic Team all 4 years of high school.
Koster made the All-Tournament Team at the Galva-Holstein tournament, and Schaller-Crestland tournament in her Junior year and the All-Tournament Team at the Schaller-Crestland tournament in her Senior year.
She was recognized by the Des Moines Register as Athlete of the Week during volleyball season in her Junior year. Her team also earned 2 consecutive trips to the state tournament – 2006 and 2007.
